Jessica Biel Prepares for "Guys and Dolls"

Showing an endless dedication to her craft, Jessica Biel was spotted leaving an 8-hour rehearsal for her upcoming role in “Guys and Dolls” yesterday afternoon (July 21).

The “7th Heaven” hottie looked a bit tuckered out from her long workday, carrying a big gallon jug of water to ensure proper hydration.

As for her killer body, Miss Biel recently revealed that she only eats half of her meals so that she doesn’t gain weight.

She told press, “You have to find a balance, especially with what you eat. I don’t live by the idea that you can’t allow yourself a treat. I say, ‘Eat things you like, but eat them in smaller portions’. I always cut things in half and send them back. I’m not perfect, I don’t always do those things, but that’s the goal.”
