Always the responsible pet owner, Jessica Biel was spotted taking her dogs for a morning hike at Runyon Canyon in Los Angeles today (July 8).

The “7th Heaven” hottie looked to be enjoying her morning outing as she strolled past the paparazzi while keeping her pups close to her side.

As for the recent trend in celebrity upskirt flashing incidents, Jessica says you’ll never catch her without her underwear!

She told press, “I don’t really get that. It’s not my thing. I’m a knicker person. I actually know a handful of people who aren’t knicker people, but I don’t get it!”
