Jessica Alba Steps Out with Honor Marie

Making sure that her little angel stays in perfect health, Jessica Alba and her daughter, Honor Marie Warren, were spotted out at the pediatrician's office in Santa Monica earlier today (August 8).

Along with tending to her top priority, Alba recently took a moment to vocalize her belief that Hollywood actresses need to "come together to seek equality with their male counterparts."

Of this, Jessica tells: "I'm not competitive with them (actresses). I root for all of them because we definitely don't have equality with men in this business. There are a lot more men making a lot more money and headlining movies than women, and the more of us who can come up and do that the better. I want my friends to produce, direct, act, write, all of it."

Continuing on, the 27-year-old "Sin City" starlet adds: "I think being competitive defeats the whole female movement. I want to be encouraging to my girlfriends. Totally."
