Jessica Alba and Cash Warren Support Madonna

Taking a night off from parenting their adorable daughter Honor Marie, Jessica Alba and Cash Warren were spotted at the New York City premiere of Madonna’s directorial debut “Filth and Wisdom,” presented by the Cinema Society and Dolce & Gabbana.

The “Fantastic Four” babe and her hunky husband were all smiles as they arrived at the Landmark Sunshine Theatre, with Alba looking sexy in a textured black dress with matching peep toe heels, while Cash opted for a dark suit, white belt, and Converse All-Stars.

After the big premiere, there was still more fun to be had, so Jess and Cash headed over to Orchard Street for a swanky afterparty.

“Filth and Wisdom,” scheduled to hit theaters this Friday, October 17th, is a schizophrenic comedy about three crazy flatmates living desperate lives in London, England.
