Jennifer Love Hewitt Granted Restraining Order

Continuing to find comfort in her career following a rough breakup with fiancé Ross McCall, Jennifer Love Hewitt was spotted on the set of her hit show “The Ghost Whisperer” yesterday afternoon (January 12).

The “Can’t Hardly Wait” hottie looked a bit somber as she chatted with a co-star in between scenes on location in Pasadena.

In related news, Hewitt was recently granted a restraining order against a stalker who put her in fear for her life. An LA Superior Court judge signed the three-year order yesterday against David Nolte, a 62-year-old man who has been giving J. Love trouble since 2007.

According to the court document, Nolte has sent Hewitt over 120 violent and sexually-explicit letters, detailing fantasies about seeing her impaled and her former fiancé with his head blown off.
