Jennifer Lopez Talks Fitness

It’s safe to say she’s always looked really good, but Jennifer Lopez admits that she doesn’t hit the gym as hard as she used to.

In the January issue of Allure, the “Ain’t It Funny” songstress tells, "I'm not the monster I used to be in the exercise department. You get past your 20s, you've got kids...you're kind of unmotivated."

The 40-year-old is a mother of twins, Emme and Max, who are now 21 months with husband Marc Anthony.

The always on the go mama added, "You want to be healthy and look good, but you want to do the least amount to maintain that."
