Jennifer Lopez Breaks From Baby Duty

Taking a breather from baby duties, Jennifer Lopez stepped out for a business lunch at the celebrity-popular Orso restaurant on Thursday afternoon (May 22).

Following her meeting, the new mother of twins then headed off to nearby Brentwood to pay a visit to a medical building for undisclosed reasons.

The short time away from her daughters, Max and Emme, comes as a much-needed rest - as Lopez has reportedly refused to find a new nanny to look after her girls because she wants to be a full-time mom.

According to press reports, "The nanny Lopez and husband Marc Anthony hired to look after three-month-old twins Max and Emme left the job last month (April 08), and, instead of replacing her, Lopez is caring for the pair around the clock."

Of the situation, a friend recently told Us Weekly, "She's beyond hands-on. They both told their managers that the next year would be all about family."
