Jennifer Hudson Arrives in Tampa

She’s been reclusive since the tragic murders of her mother, brother, and newphew back in October, but yesterday Jennifer Hudson was spotted arriving in Tampa, Florida for the Super Bowl weekend.

The “American Idol” alum looked a bit somber in an all-black ensemble as she made her way through the terminal, carrying a cute pup as her travel companion.

Miss Hudson is in town to sing the National Anthem at Sunday’s Super Bowl XLIII between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Arizona Cardinals.

In related news, Jennifer’s new video “If This Isn’t Love” quietly began production in Los Angeles yesterday, marking the first step in her professional comeback. She’s also scheduled to sing at the Grammys on February 8th.
