Jennifer Garner and Violet: Schoolhouse Sweeties

Tending to her all-important motherly duties, Jennifer Garner was spotted picking up daughter Violet from school in Santa Monica, California on Wednesday (January 6).

The "Juno" actress was in quite the cheerful mood, offering up a big smile as her little one nibbled on a plastic toy upon hitting the schoolhouse exit.

As previously reported by Gossip Center, Ms Garner has been given comfort in the fact that the man accused of harassing her family has been ordered to stand trial on stalking charges.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mark Windham ruled Monday that there was sufficient evidence against Steven Richard Burky to warrant a trial on two felony counts of stalking and two felony misdemeanor counts of disobeying a court order.
