Living it up in sunny South America, Hugh Jackman showed why he was voted sexiest man alive as he takes stripped off his shirt to take a dip in the pool of his luxurious Copacabana Palace Hotel in Rio de Janeiro on Saturday (January 16).

The "X-Men" stud seemed to be thoroughly enjoying himself, hopping into the the refreshing waters with his adorable daughter Ava.

According to sources on the scene, Hugh has proven to be a 'man of the people' during his week-long stay in Brazil - always happy to mingle with fans.

Not one to feel above the everyday folk, our insider adds that, despite having a private pool available for his family's use, Jackman chose to use the hotel's main pool along with other guests.
