Hollywood Mourns Loss Of Heath Ledger

Mean Girls actress Lindsay Lohan was spotted wiping a tear from behind her sunglasses as she exited West Hollywood's Le Pain Quotidien cafe earlier today (January 22).

Lindsay, who was rumored to have been dating Heath Ledger in December 2007, just heard news of the actor's untimely death - showing emotion over an event that's taken Hollywood by shocking surprise.

Other reactions include that of fellow Australian Nicole Kidman, who told press: “What a tragedy. My heart goes out to his family.”

Meanwhile, Hairspray actor John Travolta tells: “He is one of my favorite actors. His abilities are rare…it’s a tremendous loss. It’s hard to be here celebrating Australia under these circumstances.”

Of the death, a rep for Heath Ledger’s family says the Brokeback Mountain actor's death was accidental, with an autopsy scheduled for tomorrow.
