Continuing along with a string of birthday celebrations, Holly Madison was all smiles at a festive dinner at the CityCenter in Las Vegas, Nevada earlier this week (December 23).

The former "Girls Next Door" star hit up the swanky Light Group's Union restaurant at Aria, joining pals such as Josh Strickland while ringing in her 30th birthday.

Following her Sin City shindig, Miss Madison happily tweeted, "Thank you everyone for making my birthday so AMAZING!!!!!!! xoxoxoxoxo."

Since that time, Holly has been among the many celebs wishing good tidings during the holidays, saying, "Merry Christmas everyone!!! Great time at church and dinner with my parents."

The Playboy beauty later added, "Closing out a great Christmas day watching one of my favorites - When Harry Met Sally!"
