Hilary Duff: Workin' Out in West Hollywood

Keeping in shape as she gets ready to get back behind the cameras, Hilary Duff was spotted leaving the gym in West Hollywood on Wednesday (January 14).

Hopping into her black Mercedes SUV, the "Lizzie McGuire" starlet smiled and gave a wave to paparazzi as her personal trainer Harley Pasternak laughingly watched from just outside the gym's doors.

As for her return to TV, Miss Duff will be playing a young lawyer in a new NBC sitcom called “Barely Legal” - which is part of her development deal.

According to Reuters, the comedy is “based on the true story of Kathleen Holtz, who in 2007 passed the notoriously difficult California bar at age 18 to become the state’s youngest lawyer.”
