Hilary Duff Breaks a Sweat with Mike Comrie

Making sure to keep up their fit physiques, Hilary Duff and her boyfriend Mike Comrie were both spotted working up a sweat at a personal trainer’s house in Los Angeles yesterday (July 22).

The “So Yesterday” songstress and her hockey-playing hunk looked intense as they underwent some serious cardiovascular training together.

In related news, Hilary will be heading down to Columbia next month to be recognized for her efforts as a role model for kids around the world.

Miss Duff will be the guest of honor at a ceremony in Bogota where she’ll receive an accolade from Mayor Samuel Moreno as part of her five-day trip.
