Heidi Montag's Evening Out with Spencer Pratt

Gearing up for a big occasion, Heidi Montag was spotted out to eat with on-off-again boyfriend Spencer Pratt in Los Angeles on Tuesday night (April 8).

The reality star was scheduled to put her differences with Hills co-star Lauren Conrad aside, at least long enough to shoot the cover of Rolling Stone.

Heidi and LC were to be joined by their fellow co-stars from the MTV hit show, to be featured on the cover of the magazine in the upcoming months.

The shoot will be the first in nearly two years that has featured the feuding co-stars together.
