Heidi Montag To Bare All?

For fans of The Hills, you may have noticed that Heidi Montag is looking a bit different these days. The 20-year-old had some work done, but it looks as though it could pay off.

Heidi signed up for a breast augmentation and nose job in early April. It seems the reality star was unhappy with what Mother Nature had given her.

As a result of the cosmetic upgrade, Heidi has been offered a hefty sum to pose nude for the men’s magazine Playboy Magazine. According to her fiancée and manager Spencer Pratt, it was well worth the surgery.

"Playboy is interested in shooting Heidi's new body," Pratt told press. "They've offered her $1 million to be in the magazine." And Playboy reps aren’t denying their approaching Heidi to get naked.

We’ll have to see how all of this will affect a third season of the show. MTV announced their plans to continue the series, but with all the drama between Lauren Conrad and Heidi, it will be interesting to watch it unfold.
