Heidi Montag: Ready For More Playboy

After claiming she is not addicted to plastic surgery, Heidi Montag isn’t done yet with the knife.

The Hills star said that she will get some more tucks and nips “eventually..for maintence.” But Montag cannot wait for people to see her body for the second time in Playboy magazine.

Montag posed for the magazine last September, and says she is doing the second shoot “soon, very soon.”

"I cannot wait to show off my new assets. I'm very excited.” And what is she most proud of? Her chin. "My favorite part, I think one of them is my chin. I think that's what I was so excited about," she said. But she isn’t happy with everything. "I love my boobs but I still want to improve. I didn't get them as big as I originally wanted."

Meanwhile, as far as the next Playboy shoot, Montag is going all out and wants to show off her mini brow lift, Botox, nose job, fat injections in her cheeks and lips, a chin reduction, liposuction to her neck, her ears pinned back, buttocks augmentation, liposuction to her waist and thighs and breast augmentation revision. But Heidi still says, "It's who you are on the inside that really matters. This is just the shell at the end of the day."
