Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt Get Physical
Continuing on with their current obsession with Mixed Martial Arts, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were spotted in full training garb as they learned a few moves yesterday (January 8).
The peroxide pair treated themselves to an instructional session at Rickson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Internation fighting school at the hands of Kevin Rickson.
This is just the latest installment of MMA-themed activity, given that Spencer has been working on his new reality show with UFC fighter Kevin Casey.
And it looks like both Heidi and Spencer ended up on the mat before the session was over. No doubt they’re sore today!
