Heidi Klum to Host Victoria's Secret Fashion Show

Not far removed from the birth of her fourth child, Heidi Klum was spotted leaving a Medical Health Center in Los Angeles on Tuesday (November 3).

The post-pregnancy checkup comes just as it has been announced that the sexy supermodel will be the host of this year's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.

Meanwhile, Heidi has opted to steer clear of modeling duties at the annual event, which will be taped this month before airing on CBS on December 1st at 10PM.

Talking about the probability that she wouldn't be working the runway this year, Heidi previously told press, "The last time [I gave birth], I had two months, and I don't know if I have that much time this time. It was pushing it the last time. But if I don't make it, I'm sure I'll be very sad."
