Heidi and Spencer: Christmas Eve at the Mission

Just back home on the west coast following a trip to New York City, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were helping to spread a little holiday cheer on Wednesday (December 24).

Giving up their time on Christmas Eve day, the co-star couple canoodled and kissed as they helped prepare and serve food at the Los Angeles Mission.

Also on hand for the charitable festivities were stars including High School Musical's Corbin Bleu and sexy actress Alyssa Milano, among others.

As for Heidi and Spencer, they just seemed happy to be spending time together - and in front of the paparazzi cameras!
