Gisele Bundchen Unloads NYC Townhouse

After giving birth to a baby boy earlier in the week, Gisele Bundchen has now sold her New York City townhouse for a cool $13.95 million.

The Brazilian beauty, who has been house hunting in Boston with NFL star husband Tom Brady, bought the townhouse for $5.8m in 2005.

The four-bedroom, six-bath property in Manhattan's West Village has seven wood-burning fireplaces and even an elevator.

The sale comes just a month after she sold a Manhattan penthouse apartment for $4.4 million, according to Boston Herald reports.

The couple has also listed their home in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood on the marker for an asking price of $10.9 million.
