Gerard Butler Celebrates Courtroom Win

Recently returned from a relaxing Barbados getaway, Gerard Butler was spotted out at the Roger Room lounge in Los Angeles on Thursday (January 7).

Wearing an eye-catching red jacket, the British hunk was in high spirits as he hit the hotspot's exit - with the sighting coming just one day after a Los Angeles judge dropped charges against him brought on by a 2008 paparazzi scuffle.

As previously reported by Gossip Center, Gerard was looking at a misdemeanor battery charge with the possibility of six months in jail - which ended up being dismissed at a hearing Tuesday after the "RocknRolla" actor completed community service.

On a side note, Gerard was also recently added to the star-studded lineup of presenters at the Golden Globe Awards on January 17th.
