"Felons Gone Wild": Joe Francis Off To Jail

"Girls Gone Wild" mastermind Joe Francis was given Easter weekend to enjoy, but come tomorrow... it's off to the slammer.

According to NY Daily News reports, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals denied Francis' appeal of a Florida judge's order that he be incarcerated.

Apparently, U.S. District Judge Richard Smoak ordered Francis into custody on Thursday April 5th, after settlement negotiations went down the tubes in a lawsuit brought by seven young women who were under the age of 18 when Francis filmed them exposing their boobs on Panama City Beach.

"The 34-year-old Francis, who makes an estimated $29 million a year through his sales of the spring break party videos, drew the contempt order Wednesday after lawyers for the women said he threatened them during negotiations," the Daily News added.

Francis' lawyer, Jan Handzlik, stated that his client would turn himself in on Monday April 9th. So much for looking forward to a new day!
