Emmy Rossum Cutens Up the Spirit Awards

Stepping out for the 25th Film Independent Spirit Awards, Emmy Rossum was spotted mingling around the ceremony on Friday night (March 5).

The brunette actress looked darling in a draped, short pink dress with a swept up hair-do as she smiled and posed for pictures with other celebs including Mena Suvari and Taraji Henson.

As far as the awards go, the movie "Precious" won five awards, including best picture and trophies for stars Gabourey Sidibe and Mo'Nique and director Lee Daniels.

Hundreds of celebrities gathered for the annual Los Angeles event including Mariah Carey, Carey Mulligan, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Colin Farrell and Rosario Dawson, just to name a few.
