Ellen Pompeo Shows Off Post-Baby Body

Always on the cutting edge of fashion, Ellen Pompeo was spotted peeping the new looks at the David Beckham/James Bond Adidas Originals Launch Party last night (September 30).

Joined by her husband Chris Ivery, the “Grey’s Anatomy” hottie looked lovely in a simple sexy black dress teamed with a pair of matching black heels.

Last night’s outing was the first post-birth appearance for Ellen, who gave birth to daughter Stella Luna back on September 15th.

And according to reports, Ms. Pompeo and her “Grey’s” costar Katherine Heigl have been exchanging parenting advice, ever since Heigl and her husband Josh Kelley adopted Naleigh.
