Elin Nordegren's New Abode

While things in her marriage to Tiger Woods are still up in the air, Elin Nordegren has been renting a 6,000-square-foot home nearby her Windermere, Florida residence.

According to a report, the house is valued at $2.62 million and was “purchased by a professional athlete this year and never lived in.”

Elin took her kids and moved out of the Woods estate soon after the news of Tiger’s many extramarital affairs hit the news outlets.

It’s still unclear what will become of Tiger and Elin’s marriage, as Woods has been reportedly undergoing counseling for sex addiction.
