Ed Westwick: Channeling Chuck Bass

Getting into character for another day's work, Ed Westwick was hard at work on the set of "Gossip Girl" on the Upper East Side of Manhattan on Friday (December 11).

Meandering about East End Avenue, the Chuck Bass stud was joined by co-star Laura Harring - with the twosome plugging away on episodes to be aired starting in January.

The day's filming session follows a night out with the boys for Westwick the previous night - as he joined Chace Crawford and Sebastian Stan at the Hiro Ballroom inside New York's Maritime Hotel.

According to a People magazine insider, "the guys spent the night downing Don Julio tequila and talking with costar Kelly Rutherford, who was ready to party."

"Kelly was there in full-cougar mode," a source says. "She was jokingly flirting with Chace."
