Ed Westwick and Hayden Panettiere: Hilfiger Hotties

Making the most of their front row seats, Ed Westwick and Hayden Panettiere were spotted at the Tommy Hilfiger Fall 2010 runway show in New York City last night (February 18).

With Rosario Dawson also on-hand, the “Gossip Girl” stud and the “Heroes” babe looked to be having a marvelous time as the checked out the latest looks from the uber-popular American designer.

In related news, it sounds like Miss Panettiere is trading in her on-camera charm for some time behind the scenes.

Hayden will executive produce “HMS,” a new show about freshman students at Harvard Medical School for the CW network.
