Ed McMahon's Medical Battle

Dealing with serious health issues, Ed McMahon has been fighting a battle against pneumonia in the hospital over the past month, his rep tells.

With ET confirming that McMahon has been in the intensive care unit, the former late night star was also recently diagnosed with systemic bone cancer.

While his actual location is unknown, spokesperson Howard Bragman clarified that Ed is not staying at Cedars-Sinai, which he's suing " for malpractice and elder abuse after they allegedly discharged him with a broken neck in 2007."

Meanwhile, McMahon has his wife Pam by his side during his fight to recover, with a source telling ET that his wife's "deep faith is helping her through this difficult time."
