Demi Lovato: Bike Ride Babe

Out for some fresh air and exercise, Demi Lovato was spotted with her younger sister Madison De La Garza (who plays Juanita on "Desperate Housewives") in Toluca Lake yesterday afternoon (March 25).

The “Princess Protection Program” and her 7-year-old kid sister looked to be having a marvelous time tooling around on their bikes as the paparazzi looked on.

Earlier this week it was all business for Miss Lovato, who was seen leaving Avalon in Hollywood following a rehearsal with her band.

As of late, the Disney darling has been blogging about her desire to grow up a bit. She wrote, “I think over this next year you all are going to watch me evolve into a new person. Don’t be scared if I start to wear less black or eye-makeup ... I’m not changing – just maturing.”
