Dayana Mendoza Films "Miss Universe: Social Butterfly"

Getting to work on a brand new project, Miss Universe Dayana Mendoza was spotted filming "Miss Universe: Social Butterfly" in the West Village on New York City on Monday (June 22).

The Venezualan model smiled for the cameras as she worked the morning away, taking a break for an ides tea with a friend throughout her time on set.

Miss Mendoza's filming duties follow a recent trip to the Caribbean - as she visited Atlantis, Paradise Island last week for the Cain Aura 2nd Birthday Bash.

Also shooting some footage for the upcoming Miss Universe pageant, Dayana "played with a resident seal and dolphin at Dolphin Cay and took the time to enjoy the 'lazy river' water feature, along with the fast-moving waterslides,"according to Bahama Islands Info.
