David Beckham: Staying in Milan?

He’s been living it up as part of AC Milan during the LA Galaxy off-season, and now there’s a real chance David Beckham may be staying in Italy.

According to press, AC Milan’s general manager Adriano Galliani is doing everything he can to negotiate a deal to keep the British hunk on Italian soil for awhile.

He told the BPA, "Beckham's lawyers are talking to the Los Angeles Galaxy, who are the rightful owners of his registration. If they show themselves to be ready to look at a deal, we would be really happy to do so."

Galliani added, "We are looking to get him either on loan until the end of the season or on a permanent basis. Otherwise, with the greatest regret from everyone – starting with me – Beckham will have to go."
