Dakota Fanning Cheers the Weekend Away

Showing her school support, Dakota Fanning kept busy on Saturday (October 18) cheering on her Vikings at The Campbell Hall Episcopal in Studio City.

A member of the high school football team's cheerleading squad, the young actress was held high by her teammates, displaying her actobatic skills for the school supporters during the game.

“I am a cheerleader,” Dakota previously told press. “Now everybody always wants me to do cheers."

Continuing on, Miss Fanning explains, "It’s so funny… Cheerleading is so much fun, especially at your school because you get such a sense of school spirit and you’re proud of your school. I love that. I’m the one that’s on top of the (human) pyramid; I’m the flyer, so that’s fun too.”
