Christie Brinkley: Restraining Order Against Ex
We all remember the super-messy, terribly embarrassing divorce ordeal endured by Christie Brinkley earlier this year. And it seems there’s yet another chapter to the story.
According to a Suffolk County official, the “Uptown Girl” babe filed a request for a temporary restraining order and a motion for post-judgment relief against her ex-husband Peter Cook.
Interestingly enough, the paperwork was filed just two days before Cook’s interview with Barbara Walters is set to air on ABC. Apparently he’s hoping to clear his name.
Cook is said to claim, “I’m not the… pervert that I’ve been painted to be,” among other assertions in the 20/20 report.
As for the new motions filed by Brinkley, they’ll be discussed at a new court date, set for October 29th.
