Charlie Sheen Arrested Following Domestic Dispute

Not making for the most pleasurable holiday experience, Charlie Sheen was tossed in the slammer after an altercation with his wife in Colorado.

The "Two and a Half Men" hunk is currently locked up in the Pitkin County jail, with insiders telling that Sheen was arrested for domestic violence against Brooke Mueller.

Of the arrest, Pitkin County Sheriffs Office patrol director Jeff Lumsden said in a statement, "Carlos Irwin Estevez, also known as the actor Charles I. Sheen, was brought to the Pitkin County Colorado Jail for booking and incarceration following his arrest by the Aspen Police Department."

Meanwhile, the actor's rep, Stan Rosenfield, tells People magazine, "Do not be mislead by appearance. Appearance and reality can be as different as night and day. It would benefit everyone not to jump to any conclusion."

Sheen's arrest comes eight months after Miss Mueller gave birth to twin boys named Max and Bob.
