Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller: Not Finished Yet

With all of the drama taking place on the homefront, Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller's twin boys, Max and Bob, were dutifully being kept away from the domestic woes.

Spotted out on Saturday (December 26), the adorable tots were dressed in matching winter get-ups while enjoying a peaceful walk along the snowy streets of Aspen, Colorado.

As for Charlie and Brooke's issues, the "Two and a Half Men" actor has already jetted back to Los Angeles upon being released from jail.

"Charlie went right back to Los Angeles after he was released from jail," a source tells People magazine. "Both he and Brooke will undergo counseling and Charlie will get anger management counseling."

Of the altercation, the insider dishes, "They were fighting at a dinner in a friend’s house and it continued until the next morning. Both of them were drinking and neither was supposed to be. They both have histories of alcohol abuse and have made every effort to stop. But things got out of hand."

And while there have been reports of a divorce in the works, Sheen's lawyer, Richard Cummins, claims that the two will work out their problems, telling, "They have two children together and they love one another and they’re going to work through what is a difficult time and they’re going to do that together and as privately as possible."
