Charles Barkley: DUI Arrest
Continuing the legacy of celebrities and DUI, Charles Barkley was pulled over early this morning (December 31) in Scottsdale, Arizona on suspicion of drinking and driving.
According to a report, the former NBA superstar was pulled over by a drunk driving task force around 1:30am after he ran a stop sign.
Barkley reportedly refused a breathalyzer test and instead was given a blood test, though the results of which weren’t immediately available.
Finally, Charles was processed and released, taking a cab home. Police Lt. Eric Shuhandler told press, "There was nothing unusual about how he was taken into custody. He was treated exactly like we treat anybody else."
