Cate Blanchett Lights Up AFI Awards

Showing off her slowly-growing baby bump, Cate Blanchett went to work on Thursday as a presenter at the L’Oreal Paris 2007 AFI Awards Dinner.

Held at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre, the Australian Film Institute handed out 21 awards to their top nominees in television and film.

Back to Cate's pregnancy, the Babel actress and her husband Andrew Upton are well on the way towards the birth of their third child - as the due date is four short months away in April of 2008.

Showing off her sense of humor on the red carpet, Blanchett joked with press, telling: “Yes, take a few snaps of that, my cleavage is fantastic at the moment”.
