Carey Mulligan Cutens Up the 2010 Academy Awards

Gearing up for a big night, Carey Mulligan turned up fort the 82nd annual Academy Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday evening (March 7).

Held at the Kodak Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center, the darling actress made her way through the jam-packed red carpet as she awaits word to see whether or not she’ll take home the Best Actress award for her work on “An Education”.

Sure to be quite the extravagant affair, the 2010 Oscars are set to be hosted by Alec Baldwin and Steve Martin.

At the end of the night, the top movies will compete for Best Picture, with nominees including “Avatar,” “A Serious Man,” An Education,” “Blind Side,” “The Hurt Locker,” “District 9,” “Up,” “Up in the Air,” “Inglorious Basterds” and “Precious”.
