Cameron Diaz's Belladonna Pampering

She’s well-known for busting her buns at the gym. But every once-in-a-while Cameron Diaz also needs some time to just relax and pamper herself.

The “Charlie’s Angels” babe was spotted treating herself to a day at Belladonna Face and Body Clinic in Beverly Hills, California on Saturday (July 26).

And when she emerged, Diaz was covering her lips and avoiding the paparazzi, which has led to speculation that she may have had some work done on her pucker.

Always the workaholic, Cam was also spotted at “what seemed like a business meeting” at the Four Seasons hotel patio, joined by boyfriend Paul Sculfor and a group that also included Tinseltown bigshot Benicio del Toro.
