She’s one of the hottest leading ladies in Hollywood, and it sounds like Cameron Diaz may be getting ready to settle down with her model boyfriend Paul Sculfor.

According to a recent report, the “There’s Something About Mary” actress seems to be rescinding her former anti-marriage sentiments, and moving to the next level in her relationship with the British hunk.

An inside source revealed, "Paul has given up his bachelor pad. He moved into Cameron's home in the hills above the Chateau Marmont in Hollywood. They've settled into a comfortable routine. She drops him off at the gym."

And a close girlfriend of the “Charlie’s Angels” actress enthused that things are going really well for the lovebirds. "Cam's just about as happy as I've ever seen her!"
