Brooke Mueller Stops Cooperating with Police

She had a whirlwind of a Christmas yesterday (December 25), and now Brooke Mueller has told cops she’s done talking about her husband, Charlie Sheen’s arrest.

As previously reported, Sheen was arrested for allegedly choking Mueller Christmas morning after a night of drinking and partying.

Sources say police contacted Mueller for a follow-up interview but she doesn't want to cooperate any further.

According to TMZ, the “Hot Shots” actor will most likely be prosecuted as they spoke with the Chief Deputy in Aspen, CO (where the incident took place) who said, "Generally speaking, our office files charges when police make an arrest."
