Britney Spears: Still Has Custody

In the never-ending drama that is her life, Britney Spears has received some good news- she’ll retain the 50/50 custody arrangement with her ex-husband Kevin Federline for the time being.

The “Gimme More” songstress’ custody order has been extended until the end of the year, and could become the permanent arrangement thereafter.

In addition, K-Fed receives $20,000 a month in child support for taking care of Sean Preston and Jayden James, with the amount rising to around $25,000 when they’re out of California.

Federline spent much of the past months following Britney around the world with their boys as she mounted an uber-successful Circus world tour.
