Britney Spears Spends the Day with Dad

Spending the day with dad, Britney Spears was spotted all over Los Angeles on Monday afternoon (March 3).

The father/daughter tandem started things off with a bite to eat for lunch before heading over to a medical building in West Hollywood.

While there's been no confirmation as to the reason for her visit, it's believed that the pop tart was there for therapy or treatment session.

According to an insider on the scene, "As Britney followed her dad out of the a medical building in West Hollywood today she seemed in good spirits. As the two entered their awaiting SUV and drove away with a bodyguard at the wheel, Britney looked out and smiled at the photogs. Britney has rarely been seen without a stoic look on her face since last being institutionalized. Perhaps she's finally feeling happier. Of course, rumor has it she and boy toy Adnan Ghalib have split so she should have a smile on her face."
