Britney Spears: Safe and Sound at LAX

Following a weeklong trip overseas, Britney Spears was spotted arriving back at LAX Airport in Los Angeles from Tokyo on Wednesday (December 17).

Looking calm and collected, the "Gimme More" singer made her way past security and lined-up paparazzi as she headed out to an awaiting car before heading home.

As previously reported by Gossip Girls, Brit said that she had a lovely time as she promoted her new album "Circus" in Japan, as she wrote on her Web site, “I Love Japan! I think all the tiny cars are so cute!”

Spears’ main reason for the trip was performing on the Japanese show “Hey! Hey! Hey!” though she took full advantage of her travels, sampling traditional cuisine and doing plenty of shopping.
