Britney Spears Loses Custody Of Her Kids

According to breaking reports, Britney Spears has lost physical custody of her two sons - Sean Preston and Jayden James.

The troubled pop princess, who was spotted out to dinner at Taverna Tony's with the boys just last night, now has less than 48 hours left with her children before handing them over to full-time guardian, Kevin Federline.

TMZ reports tell that County Superior Court Judge Scott Gordon issued an order stating that K-Fed “is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday, October 3, 2007 at 12:00 PM until further order of the court.”

It was also indicated that Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, brought up the fact that Britney's been driving the kids around without a valid California driver's license. Many believe that this may have been the straw that broke the camel's back.

Update: According to X17, Britney took her sons to Carl Jr's. Hamburger joint at 12:02 PM (PST) today, then handed Jayden and Sean over to Kevin Federline's bodyguards just 3 minutes later - even though she could have kept her boys until Wednesday.
