Britney Spears Gets "Expanded" Visitation Rights
It appears that her dramatic lifestyle changes are beginning to pay off, as Britney Spears' visitation rights with sons Sean Preston and Jayden James have been expanded following a custody hearing with ex-husband Kevin Federline on Tuesday (May 6).
While there were no changes in custody rights, K-Fed's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan told press at a news conference that overnight visits "will be phased in in the near future."
"The court made orders today, they were orders that the parties were able to mostly agree to. It represents a cautious step moving forward," Kaplan added.
Federline's legal eagle also mentioned that the court was "pleased with the progress that seems to be occurring" - speaking about the change in Britney's behavior.
And not to be left out, Court spokesman Allan Parachini read a statement from Britney's parents, Jamie and Lynne, saying: "We are so pleased with Britney's progress, and we are very appreciative of the court's recognition of this progress."
Next up on the calendar of court dates for Miss Spears is another progress hearing, scheduled for July 15th.
