Britney Spears' Dad Remains In Control

Britney Spears' new lawyer, Adam Streisand, was spotted leaving Los Angeles Superior Court after being ejected for not having any evidence to support his claims.

Adam, who is Barbara Streisand's second cousin, is attempting to represent the 26-year-old Gimme More singer in her fight to have her father removed as conservator of her financial and medical matters.

Nonetheless, "a court commissioner on Monday extended the control of Britney Spears's father over the singer's affairs, including her $40 million fortune."

Press reports tell: "Jamie Spears will remain co-conservator of his daughter's estate until February 14th, the commissioner ruled, despite a lawyer's claims Britney had a "strong desire" against her father's temporary oversight."
