Britney Spears: A Little Junk in the Trunk

In light of her recent indescretions and drama, it appears Britney Spears is taking comfort in food. And it’s beginning to show.

The ever-present paparazzi trailing the “Gimme More” singer got some not-so-flattering shots of the pop singer while she was dining at Shu Sushi last night.

As is par for the course, Britney showed everyone that she’s still in the “I don’t wear underwear” club, as was evidenced by some extra-revealing pictures.

As previously reported by the Gossip Girls, the “Piece of Me” singer has enlisted the services of yet another lawyer who says her civil rights have been violated by the recent co-conservatorship of her father.

Attorney Jon Eardley told press, "These are issues of confinement. Very serious confinement. Not allowed to contact her friends. Not allowed to use the phone. Not allowed to come and go as you please. Bodyguards controlling you and so forth."
