Beyonce and Jay-Z: L'Avenue Lovers

Making the long trip overseas, Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z were spotted arriving in Paris, France on Thursday evening (January 21).

The top-earning couple treated themselves to a delectable meal, dropping by the ritzy L'Avenue Restaurant - with Jay-Z lingering behind while Beyonce showed off her super tight hot pants and fully studded gloves.

Meanwhile, both Beyonce and Jay are set to take part in Friday night's Haiti Telethon fundraiser - with Miss Knowles set to take the stage for a performance in London.

To be hosted by actor George Clooney, the "Up In the Air" actor told press, "It's first getting networks together, getting phone lines, phone banks, charitable organizations together and finding the way to get the money to them. It's a long process of making deals and trying to get things done."
